Stop stalling on AI value.

FDECo gets AI into production. Fast, and right.

FDECo gets AI into production. Fast, and right.

AI models aren’t what’s holding enterprises back. Applying them is. For most, it stalls somewhere between a concept and a production system the business can actually run on. FDECo solves the problem by embedding expert AI Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) into your company and turning your problems into robust solutions that deliver business value.
Where to start
Four ways to get applied AI working in your business.

Enable

Know what your team can really do.

We upskill your engineers and certify their level, so capability is proven not assumed.
For teams with talent to develop.

Build

A capability that stays.

We stand up an applied team inside your business, run it with you, then hand it over for good.
For teams building for the long term.

Accelerate

Move faster on what's already underway.

Applied AI specialists join your teams, work to your priorities and leave your people stronger.
For teams that need to move now.

Deliver

Hand us the outcome.

We scope, build and ship it, and we stand behind the result.
For teams that want it done.
From AI assistants to AI agents
The first wave saved time.
The second wave has to produce ROI.

Copilots and assistants made individual jobs easier, and time saved is a real benefit, but it does not automatically become financial return. The second wave is different. Agentic systems sit inside workflows and do the work, which turns AI from a productivity tool into an operational one.

That shift moves the hard part. It is no longer prompting or model selection. It is integration with systems that were not designed for this, evaluation you can trust, guardrails that hold under load, observability, cost and latency control, and the unglamorous discipline of running something in production once the launch is over.

Very few organizations have people who have done that more than once. That is the whole reason we exist.

What we mean by production

Everyone in this market says production. Here is the specific list we hold ourselves to, and the list you should hold any supplier to.

Integration
Working against your real systems, your real data and your real permissions model, not a sanitized copy.
Evaluation
A test suite for a non-deterministic system, with regression testing that catches drift before your users do.
Guardrails
Failure modes designed for, documented and rehearsed, not discovered.
Observability
You can see what the system did, why, and what it cost, without asking us.
Cost and latency
Engineered deliberately, because an agent that works and cannot be afforded is not a working system.
Handover
Your team can operate it, change it and debug it after we have gone.
Most AI ambition still stalls before it becomes measurable business value.
59%
of AI prototypes never reach production
Gartner
80%+
of AI projects fail
RAND Corporation
93%
of organizations have not fully scaled AI across the enterprise

Three things we hold to
The bar to deploy is a real gate
Every engineer we put in front of a client has passed the Forward Deployed Engineer capstone, assessed by practicing applied AI experts, and not everyone clears it. We would rather tell you we do not have the right person this month than send you someone who is learning on your problem.
Land, and leave stable
The measure of an engagement is what still works twelve months after we have gone. Handover is a design constraint from week one, not a closing phase.
Adopt, do not invent
Where the industry is standardizing on something that works, we use it and we say so. We would rather compete on execution than on acronyms.
Who we are

FDECo is an independent company, backed by TPG, working in partnership with Tenth Revolution Group, which has spent two decades finding and deploying specialist technology talent across the Microsoft, Salesforce, AWS, NetSuite, ServiceNow and ERP ecosystems from offices in eleven countries.

That partnership matters for one practical reason. Applied AI engineers are scarce, and an organization that can reach them internationally,¢ at volume, has an advantage over one that cannot. We are not starting that from zero.

Looking to hire or train your own people?
That is Tenth Revolution Group’s work, not ours. If you want to recruit applied AI talent onto your own payroll, or put your existing engineers through an applied AI program, they will do a better job of it than we would.
Two things. We embed expert applied AI engineers in client teams, and we deliver applied AI projects end to end. Both are about getting AI systems running in production and keeping them there.
No. Our engineers work for us. When we place someone with you, we stay accountable for their work and for the outcome. If you want to recruit engineers onto your own payroll, our partner Tenth Revolution Group does that.
FDECo is an independent company, backed by TPG, working in partnership with Tenth Revolution Group. TRG supplies talent that clients employ. We supply capability we remain accountable for.
A senior technical practitioner who embeds with a customer and takes an AI capability from concept into live production use. The role combines hands-on engineering with the consulting skill needed to work inside someone else’s organization, and it is measured on whether the system works in production, not on whether the code was delivered.
Yes. Auditability, evidence and controls are built into how we deliver rather than added at the end.
